WHAT IS VIRAL CHANGE™

Viral Change™ – pioneered by Dr Leandro Herrero, CEO of The Chalfont Project – is a people mobilizing platform which delivers large-scale, sustainable behavioural and cultural change in organizations and society. Viral Change™ harnesses the synchronicity of top-down communications and  bottom up activity – focused on peer-to-peer influence and storytelling – to drive the desired cultural change.

EXAMPLES AND SOLUTIONS

The Viral Change™ approach always addresses specific business challenges. Sometimes these are defined by people in broad terms such as ‘the need to change the culture’, sometimes in a rather more specific one, for example ‘we need to focus on innovation’. Most broad intentions will need to be translated into specific areas of transformation. Similarly, most ‘single focus’ are probably part of broader needs.
